For online purchases, we will send your package within 5 working days of receiving your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your reference.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
No stress, we want you to be confident to buy with us. We guarantee consumer satisfaction. An exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed.

Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges:
Sometimes what you receive as a gift is not what you wanted. Do not worry.
Items purchased between November 21 and December 31, 2022 can be returned or refunded under our standard return policy until January 14, 2023. Shop early and worry-free this holiday season.
We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 20 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
The return of the item (s) is at the customer's expense.
Sale items: Please note that all sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sample items: All samples are sold as is. They are considered as a sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return an item:
1. Come to the workshop during our opening hours to the public or,
2. Send the prepaid and insured package. We recommend that you use a shipping method with a tracking number.
We do not accept any responsibility for returned items lost or damaged during shipment. Please pack carefully and insure the return item for any loss or damage.
Your refund or exchange may be compromised if your item is damaged during the return process.
We will provide an exchange if we have sent you an item in error from your original order or if the item has a quality problem when you received it.
We only ship replacement items once we have received the returned item in good condition.
Your replacement item will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of the original item.

IMPORTANT: leather is a natural material; some leathers have scars and natural marks.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
We offer a two years warranty on all bags and small leather goods. Our items are made to last, but if something does happen, we are here to help. For any problem related to quality within this period, repairs are our responsibility. Please contact us before guiding you on the steps to follow at: [email protected]
Beyond the warranty, repairs are offered at a cost. All repairs are carried out in our workshop in Montreal.
IMPORTANT: All leathers wear out over time. Some leathers will acquire marks more easily than others, and some may change color. These natural wear effects will not constitute an exchange or refund.
E.U and International: Customers are responsible for all duties or taxes incurred when importing to the United States and to international destinations. If you are returning the item from the United States, please mark the item as: "RETURN TO MANUFACTURER. ITEM MADE IN CANADA, NO RE-SALE VALUE”, to avoid additional customs charges.
